Bjarne Borg is currently based in Jupiter, Palm Beach County, Florida, acting as the Executive Chairman for Index Investment Group he co-founded in 1998 together with Fredrik Alama. Mr. Borg is heading up and developing the group’s North American operations and global business strategies. Bjarne Borg has over 35 years' experience in managing start-ups, leading teams and running a wide range of multinational corporations with a focus on investments and developments in real estate, renewable energy and disruptive, innovative equity investments.

Fredrik Alama
Fredrik Alama is currently based in Stockholm, Sweden, acting as the Chairman of Index Invest International AB (the Swedish operations of Index Investment Group). Mr. Alama holds a certificate in Real Estate Management and Economics (equivalent University degree). Mr. Alama developed exceptional market understanding over 10 years as one of Stockholm’s most prominent Real Estate agents. Mr. Alama built a real estate brokerage into one of Sweden's most trusted brands.

Mark Rodberg
Mark Rodberg is a Licensed General Contractor, a savvy real estate investor, and a leading authority on the development of property for educational facilities. He has previously served as Vice Chairman of various construction companies. Mr. Rodberg’s proficiency in real estate acquisition, site selection, permitting, construction and property management provide a substantial foundation for his success in the construction of over 200 projects nationwide over the past 38 years.

Lauren Hollander
Lauren Hollander, a lifelong Florida resident and a 1985 graduate of Florida Southern College previously served as President of Public School Property Development a public school property development firm, as well as Chairman of P & T Construction, a general contractor specializing in public buildings. From 2005 – 2015, Ms. Hollander served as Chief Executive Officer of MIE, a professional educational services provider where she pioneered a highly successful instructional model combining classroom and online teaching. Lauren serves as the Chairman of the Board for Florida Charter School Alliance (FCSA), a statewide non-profit industry association representing over 450,000 students in Florida.

Greg Fagan
A professional engineer, Mr. Fagan has more than 25 years of diverse experience in land acquisition, development, planning and zoning, civil engineering, and construction management. Mr. Fagan received his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 1981. He joined Mr. Schaefer's firm and became a partner in 1982, firmly establishing Schaefer Fagan & Associates, Inc. as industry leaders in South Florida. His expertise includes pre-acquisition engineering due diligence for all projects, as well as roadway design, storm-water analysis and design, water distribution and sanitary sewer collection system design. In addition to providing the pre-acquisition engineering due diligence for developers, Mr. Fagan has managed all planning and zoning approvals, design, platting, permitting and construction phase services for numerous high-profile projects in South Florida, including golf courses at Admirals Cove in Jupiter and Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach. His residential projects include Hammock Creek and Tuscawilla in Martin County and Hamilton Bay in Palm Beach County.

Brandon brings a comprehensive skill set to the successful delivery of K-12 construction projects, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, constructability and systems analysis, design review, budget estimating, value engineering, life cycle cost analysis, subcontractor solicitation, scope writing and verification, cost control, submittal reviews, quality control, and transition planning. Known for his methodical approach and strong problem-solving skills, Brandon excels in anticipating challenges and implementing solutions before they impact schedule or budget.
